Some politicians have a knack for saying things at the worst possible time. Poor Harry Reid can’t seem to do much right these days. He announces to a group of liberals that “We will have the public option” even though they didn’t quite get it this time around. Then, in ironic timing even Hollywood couldn’t script, our allies across the pond announce that they are moving the opposite direction and decentralizing their health care system.
Essentially, England has had a version of Obamacare since 1948 and are finally admitting it’s not working. Perhaps we could learn from their mistakes instead of repeating them. It’s only a matter of time before even Washington will admit the epic failure of this historically disproven method of governing. Let’s just hope we can reverse the damage of the last few years in less than the 62 years it took Great Britian to figure it out.
If you’d like to get involved in helping get that process started in Florida, join the Yes On 9 Campaign and protect Florida’s Health Care Freedom.
